Tech world से एक बहुत बड़ी ख़बर सामने आ रही है! AI industry के बड़े player Anthropic ने India में अपना investment deepen करते हुए एक बड़ा decision लिया है। अब आपको उनके प्रसिद्ध AI assistant Claude के लिए dollars में payment करने की ज़रूरत नहीं होगी। Anthropic ने officially India में Localized Rupee Pricing रोलआउट करना शुरू कर दिया है।
US के बाद India पूरी दुनिया में Claude का सबसे बड़ा और second-largest market है, जो global usage का लगभग 5.8% hold करता है। इसी वजह से company India पर अपना focus तेज़ी से बढ़ा रही है।
But यहाँ पर एक छोटा सा catch भी है। Local pricing आने के बाद भी, फ़िलहाल company ने India का सबसे popular digital payment mode—UPI (Unified Payments Interface) इनेबल नहीं किया है। इसका मतलब है कि अभी भी users को card या फिर app store billing के through ही payment करनी होगी।
Claude केनए Rupee Plans और Pricing Structure
नयी localized pricing के बाद, Indian users के लिए plans की costs (including local taxes) कुछ इस तरह होने वाली हैं:
Claude Pro Plan: अगर आप इसका annual subscription लेते हैं, तो यह आपको monthly लगभग ₹2,000 का पड़ेगा (जो US में $17 है)।
Claude Max Plan: Heavy users के लिए इस plan की शुरुआत monthly ₹11,999 से होगी (जो US में $100 है)।
Team Plans: Business और teams के लिए per seat monthly pricing approx ₹2,399 रखी गयी है (जो US में $20 है)।
India में Anthropic काबड़ा Expansion Plan
Rupee pricing का रोलआउट Anthropic के broader Indian expansion का ही एक हिस्सा है। Company ने इसी साल February में Bengaluru में अपना नया office open किया था। इतना ही नहीं, Microsoft India की former managing director Irina Ghose को company ने operations lead करने के लिए appoint किया है।
Enterprise level पर तेज़ी से grow करने के लिए Anthropic ने Infosys और Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) जैसे Indian tech giants के साथ बड़े partnerships भी किए हैं।
हालाँकि, June में non-U.S. entities के लिए Fable 5 और Mythos 5 models का access suspend होने से थोड़ा setback लगा था, पर अब Fable 5 का access वापस restore कर दिया गया है, जबकि Mythos 5 पर restrictions अभी भी बनी हुई हैं।
